Renovation of Three Bridge Office Areas

The scope of services included general contracting services for the renovation of three bridge areas on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the York Region Administrative Centre. The work included full demolition of existing finishes such as flooring, wall, ceilings, electrical and mechanical and installation of new interior built-out of partition walls, ceilings, LED lighting, HVAC system, security systems, sprinklers, communications, custom millwork and custom curved glass, carpet flooring and painting.

The project was to be delivered in two (2) phases in a fully operating facility, phase 1 included 3rd and 4th floors and phase 2 included 3rd floor.  Each phase was to be completed within a one month timeframe to allow the client to resume normal operations.

The services provided by UCI comprised of a full team of project management, site supervision and subcontractors to deliver a successful project.
